    The suspect wanted in this morning’s theft of a pickup truck and handgun from exit 29 has turned himself in to authorities. Matthew Allen Barr, age 26, from 752 Henery Street, Marion VA, turned himself in to authorities at the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail in Abingdon shortly after noon today.
