In this Women's Self-Defense Workshop, you will learn how to:
* Increase Awareness of Your Surroundings
* Define Your Space
* De-escalate Potential Confrontations
* Break Holds
* Strike and Kick
* Fight from the Ground
This workshop will be at Lifestyle Fitness of Bristol in on Saturday, March 4th from 1:00pm - 4:00pm.
The workshop is $30 a person, and it will be due March 4th at Lifestyle Fitness of Bristol's front desk. You may choose to pay in advance.
If you are not a member of Lifestyles, please come 10 minutes in advance to fill out a health profile.

Hannah O'Hamill is an 11th grade Black Shirt in WingTsun KungFu, member of the International WingTsun Association (IWTA), and member of the National Women’s Martial Arts Federation (NWMAF). Hannah adheres to the NWMAF's Empowerment Model for teaching women's self-defense.
Richard O'Hamill is a Primary Technician in WingTsun KungFu and member of the International WingTsun Association (IWTA). He is also a business owner of a medical device design company in the Tri-Cities area.
