Dr. Katherine Weiss is a professor of English and Chair of the Department of Literature and Language at East Tennessee State University. She received her Ph.D. at the University of Reading in 2002, specializing in the works of Samuel Beckett. She has published several works on the Nobel Prize winning playwright, Samuel Beckett, including The Plays of Samuel Beckett (Bloomsbury 2012) and with Seán Kennedy the co-edited volume Samuel Beckett: History, Memory, Archive (Palgrave/Macmillan 2009).
