February 25 and 26 class starts at 2:00- Come and learn the basics of why and how we barefoot trim. Learn hoof and limb conformation, abnormalities, pathologies, technique, booting, and more! Recommended items: hoof pick, hoof knife, and hoof rasp. (or just come and watch!) Cost is $30 per class or $50 for the weekend. If you have a problem horse for us to work on, contact me in advance. Johnson City local, Meira Yasin is heading a medical team to help treat Syrian refugees at a refugee camp in Filippida Greece. Every penny from this fundraiser will go directly to buy medication, clothes, food, supplies for the camp school, and other essential supplies desperately needed. Our event at willow tree will include a silent auction with items donated by local businesses, dancing and enjoying local music, facepainting, and writing letters of encouragement to Syrian refugee children which will be hand-delivered by the medical team.
