The 3rd Annual BBQ & Bluegrass Festival will take place on Saturday, September 23rd from 10:00am - 5:00pm. The Capitol Theatre brings you the Bluegrass Outlaws at 2:00pm. Tickets to this event are free while they last on a first come first serve basis. The Bluegrass Outlaws are a band of professional musicians put together by Chris and Becky Webb Monk in 2016.
