JUDGES CORNER SPOTLIGHT: Jassen Campbell, has worn many hats in the culinary world....culinary instructor, executive chef in many outstanding restaurants, including Troutdale and Heartwood and currently a private chef. Jassen has been at the forefront in our area promoting local producers and farmers and was chosen as one of the featured chefs at the Food Summit in Abingdon in 2015.
